By Sher Zieve – Venezuelan Communist strongman President Hugo Chavez announced Sunday that the 100,000 Russian Kalashnikov assault weapons he has ordered are not enough. Chavez advised he needed enough weapons to arm one million Venezuelan men and women.

Chavez told an audience in Caracas: "I ask for permission to buy another cargo of arms because the gringos want us unarmed. We have to defend our fatherland. Venezuela needs to have one million well-equipped and well-armed men and women." Chavez repeated his charge that the United States is planning to invade Venezuela and added to his inflammatory rhetoric: “The imperialist, genocidal, fascist attitude of the US president has no limits. I think Hitler would be like a suckling baby next to George W Bush."
