It came as a striking blow to all who believe in truth. An event so shocking that no one could foretell its forthcoming, but it happened nevertheless. Not so long ago I introduced to you what was referred to as "Evolution Sunday" where the Clergy Letter Project was used to gain access to over 10,000 clergy in order for vowed atheists to gain access to the pulpit to preach their false doctrines.
Now the battle is worse. The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) has now announced their blatant hatred and vigorous war with those who do not accept evolution as a fact. As many as 9,000 scientists, journalists, and other people gathered in St. Louis, Missouri at a conference on how to combat creationists. These people refer to people of faith as Biblical Fundamentalists or Christian fundamentalists.
They have several goals in which we as conservative Christians must prevent from happening at all costs. We must do everything in our power to make sure they fail at their attempts to satanize the church with false doctrines devised by atheists, communists, and others alike.
Their goals are simply this:
1) Enlist clergy or pastors to promote evolution in the church.
2) Use education as a tool of deceit by convincing the America public that we are "behind" everyone else in competitiveness of science.
3) Introduce evolution earlier into school at the ages of five to six. High schoolers have been taught the truth by parents, so they want to go to young, more influential minds.
4) Use a political tactic of the old "bait and switch" method in order to change the meanings of words related to their goals.
5) Recruit lawyers to make sure that schools become "god-free" zones so that they push their evil agenda through without problems. I though lawyers were already recruited for that. The ACLU would be a prime candidate I presume since they have more experience in these matters of persecution.
Right now a creation ministry is counter this cowardly attack on Christianity and the Holy, infallible word of God. Anyone interested in countering this vile attack should contact Answers in Genesis, but let's not stop there. Let's post the dangerous agenda of those who wish our faith dead in every conservative place we can think of.
My friends, you can help. Write to your local newspapers, post comments on bogs and conservative sites. Write letters to churches warning them of this mindless brainwashing political scandal that is about to rock the nation. Friends I urge you to further counter this group by calling in to talk radio shows, and writing you congressman and senators and perhaps even the White House about this. In other words, make the switchboards smoke! Let's expose this agenda to the point that no longer poses a threat to Christianity. Remember there are about 1500 lawyers working with organizations and individuals like Liberty Counsel, Alliance Defense Fund, American Center for Law and Justice, and a few others that often fight the ACLU tooth and nail on things much more minor than this. We need all 1500 to file a suit against AAAS for their unconstitutional attacks on religion. At the same time we need to seek out every conservative news organization and website we can to spread the word. Together we can turn the public back to the truth and sun this nonsense.
The "tolerance" of evolution, same sex marriage, abortion, etc. is all included in this great culture war that we continue to fight daily. Let's let the opposition know that we do believe in one God that created the universe in six literal days and rested on the seventh, caused the great flood of Noah of which the evidence thereof is so overwhelming it would take a dead person to ignore, and that he sent His only son Jesus to die on a cross to rise again on the third day.
Please help Answers In Genesis to ward off those who wish to infiltrate our churches and brainwash innocent victims of freedom into believing some superstitious ape-man that lived millions of years ago. The earth did not even exist millions of years ago and ape men never existed at all. Parents please do not let these so called witch doctors of scientists come anywhere near your kids. Put a restraining order on them if you have to, but do not let these doctrines into the house of God whatever you do. They have already infiltrated the public schools system which I can see happening with today's liberal culture, but preaching evolution in church is like teaching a cow to lay eggs. It just don't make sense.
My friends we have a chicer to make. Are you with God or against him? Make your choice now and stick with it. You can't have it both ways. Either you believe the Bible or you don't. Which is it? remember that if you fail to take a stand now, you will take a fall later.
