By Sher Zieve – A visibly angered Senator John Kerry (D-MA) gave a hastily organized press conference on Tuesday. Kerry said that he would not apologize for his comments made about the lack of US troops’ education yesterday in California.
Kerry did not even address his comments, during the press conference. Instead, he said that Rush Limbaugh and the Bush Administration "were to blame". Kerry then began to talk about the “Bush Administration’s failed policy in Iraq” and said the president had lied.
Kerry, who verbally attacked WH Press Secretary Tony Snow earlier in the day, also dismissed Sen. John McCain’s (R-AZ) call for an apology. Instead, Kerry said: “I’m not gonna’ stand for this anymore…period!”
Although Kerry’s comments have been widely reported, even in the mainstream media, Kerry said his critics are lying about him.
