Now to lay the foundation to present NSJA (National Security jobs Act).

In a civil world all people honor The Ten Commandments, and all domestic and foreign governments respect America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights.

In a civil world there is no need for law enforcement, private security, covert intelligence agents, and armed forces better know as branches of the military.

Why no need for the above, in a civil world better known as a utopia, there are no crimes committed by citizens or illegal immigrants, international terrorists, or enemy nations.

I submit to you that in an uncivil world, there are two types of violence: natural and unnatural.

Examples of international unnatural violence include: England’s first war against America; England’s second war against America; Mexico’s first war against Texas; Mexico’s second war against not only Texas but also America; Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor and Germany alliance with Japan; Soviet Union’s intentions to destroy America; continued Marxist threats masked by humanist theology, Islamic terrorists, and others.

As for future planned unnatural violence against America, I will let you develop your own threat list including parts of the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, among others.

Contemporary examples of domestic unnatural violence against American citizens by Americans include oppressive and discriminatory confiscatory tax systems, greed driven special interests legislation and immigration policy, and unaccountable politically correct bureaucracies serving internationalist goals. I could continue, but again, You can create your own list.

There are several classes of violence: spontaneous / random, negligent, and premeditated.

Natural violence can be used for the following purposes: food, self defense, protect territory, protect liberty, and protect cultural traditions and values.

Level of violence can be classified as necessary and unnecessary.

Natural violence established America as a constitutional republic, preserved the republic in the 1860’s, and has protected the republic from the threats by foreign tyrants and terrorists since America’s founding.

War as defined by contemporary standards means violent conflict between two or more groups. War time combatants can be: former allies, nations, geographic regions, cultures, religions, ideologies, and economic or ethnic groups.

War generally takes one of the following categories: total, limited, cease fire, stand by (like cold war), and shadow wars.

In uncivil worlds, shadow wars tend to be perpetual when survival through social power is a prerequisite for survival.

There are two kinds of people facing wars: prepared and unprepared. The most prepared people are the most likely to prevail, what ever win means.

Despite what the euphoria merchants say, peace is always fleeting at best. I am serious when I ask you, how could every one have missed the obvious? The purpose of peace in an uncivil world is to prepare for war. After all, the only thing worse than going to war is losing a war.

America’s future has yet to be determined; the ending will be decided by the degree of successful efforts by the American people to demand passage of the following National Security Jobs Act.

Purpose for NSJA:

1. Preserve, insure, and enhance America’s National Security by rebuilding America’s private sector domestic manufacturing base (nations do not win wars with service industries).

2 Reduce America’s foreign trade deficit which can jeopardize America’s economy when other nations’ economies collapse.

Procedures for implementing NSJA:

1. Build manufacturing plants in low income areas in America not foreign countries. Any company establishing these plants on American soils shall be exempt from federal taxes on products manufactured at these plants.

2. Require that all products purchased with America tax dollars be one hundred percent (100%) manufactured, produced, grown, or raised in America by legal Americans. No exceptions (no means no).

3. Require all products sold in America list on product country of origin.

4. American private sector capitalists have the right to do business where ever they like, providing sales and services do not threaten America’s national security. No American tax dollars shall ever be used to “bail out” American companies operating in foreign countries.

5. Any school, municipality, county, state or other entity wishing to receive federal tax dollars shall enact and implement policies consistent with NSJA.

It is time to choose sides, invest tax payer dollars in America. Support NSJA like you, your family’s, and your country’s future depends on NSJA to survive, it does.

As my background is private sector intelligence / investigation and security, a former associate told me two plus decades ago that advice is only worth what people are willing to pay for. I am guesstimating that only about twenty percent of Americans are patriotic conservatives, fifty to sixty million people.

I will wave the half up front feet fee since patriotic conservatives being people of principle not principal are not inclined to live for charity. So figuring a dollar per patriotic conservative life you can get me my fifty million in cash, no checks, after NSJA is implemented and history proves my assessment and recommendations were correct.

A dollar per patriotic conservative life is a bargain, more than ten times higher value than Republican internationalists place on lives of patriotic conservatives except when they want you to vote for them.
