During his campaign for the White House in 2000, I remember George W. Bush
promising to try to have Creationism considered to be taught by our public
schools, or something to that effect. Since 2005, I have emailed, snail mailed,
and faxed the White House, on numerous occasions, without a reply. I’ve also
written to Secretary Margaret Spellings more than twelve times, asking her
to confer with the President about obtaining a directive, allowing the U.S. Dept
of Education to send “Certificates of Completion” to science teachers that
successfully complete a scientific Genesis awareness course, which teaches
the truth about what early Genesis is conveying to mankind, and the scientific
information it contains.
Both the White House and the US Dept of Education have been faxed about the
need of science teachers being taught the truth about prehistoric history, so that
they can teach the students something else besides the exclusive indoctrination
of Atheism (evolution). This is in line with what President Bush told the public
during his first election campaign, and his July 2005 remarks about what he
felt should be taught to public school students (all theories). Where is that “frame
of mind” now? Is the President another Republican hypocrite?
Most every elected government office (if not all), has an “oath of office”,
which the elected puts their hand on the Holy Bible, reciting an oath, ending
with “So help me God”. “So help you God?” Oh really? Where is the
belief in God when every single Governor in office, both in 2006 and in 2007,
refuses to announce the availably of the Genesis class to their state and
local boards? School boards are not going to introduce education reform on
their own. If Governor Fletcher of Kentucky can appeal to his state school
board to have “ID” taught in their schools during his annual “state of the
Commonwealth” address, then surely other governors can merely make a
public announcement concerning this class, which is much more meaningful than
the inept teachings of Intelligent Design. More hypocrites in office?
Both U.S. Senators from Georgia were repeatedly written, asking assistance with
obtaining an phone interview with Secretary Spellings, since she seems to be in
hiding. Both offices had trouble understanding the King’s English. It took five
months for the office of US Senator Saxby Chambliss to understand that this
was a national problem, and not just limited to Georgia. Neither office did anything.
All the other Republican senators were later written, then all the Democrat senators
were written, after it was clear the Republicans would “talk the talk”, but wouldn’t
“walk the walk”. None of the Democrats had any vision either, and "where's there no
vision, the people perish".
What ever happened to “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and
defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and
domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this
obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that
I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to
enter: So help me God.” The exclusive teaching of Atheism in our public school is
unconstitutional. Do we have only hypocrites and phonies, elected to office, at
every level of government? This list includes current presidential hopefuls. Two of
the senators used the excuse “You’re not in my state”.
As stated earlier, every state governor was either emailed or faxed about this issue,
four times. Not only that, each state school board and state school superintendent
which had a website was contacted also. Each of the three governors which responded, tried
to take the easy way out and delegate the letter to someone else to answer, and/or
they would “run for cover” under the umbrella of their faulty “state school curriculum
standards”, instead of responding to the need of education reform. What hypocrites!!
I even offered a free class to be taught in the state of the first governor that would
announce the availability of the class. After a month, still no governor has had the
vision to help the students in their state. They apparently don’t care about balanced
education of their students. As of March 4, 2007 that offer is now rescinded.
Nearly all local school boards in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas,
Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia where emailed or faxed about
the “National Certification of Science Teachers”. Many of the science teachers of
each of those states were emailed about the class. It was explained to them about
the class, how it was not a class on Creation, because Genesis does not convey to
us how our Earth was created. Most of the discussion is about what happened after
Creation, and what caused the rise and decline of various life forms over the span
of about 640 million years. Also, how the authenticity of Genesis is proven by its
declaration of the existence of prehistoric mankind, that predates that of secular
science.
Recent polls that were taken state that over 65% of Americans are Christians, and
over 80% believe in a Deity. Will someone please explain to me why Atheism is state
sponsored in our public schools? What are these "so called" Christians doing about
this? Are they mostly hypocrites? Are they writing their governors, state and U.S.
senators, telling them that they will remember their "inaction" in the next election?
Are they writing to their school board, demanding that science teachers be squarely
trained about prehistoric history, instead of being ambassadors for insanity, and having
a “license to lie” about Earth history?
It is so sad, that when the world thinks of Genesis, they think of "fairy tales",
"religious folklore", and the false teachings of Creation Science and theistic
evolution. The truth is kept hidden from them, thanks to the deliberate censorship
of the news media. You won't find my articles printed in the major newspapers,
or reported upon by your local news. After fourteen years, wouldn’t you begin to
wonder why?
