One Question
May 28, 2007 02:55 PM EST

Perfidy: a noun describing act of betraying or deceiving by trust, or treachery.

Variations include: perfidies, perfidious, perfidiously, perfidiousness, perfidiac (person affected by obsession to betray or deceive by trust), perfidism, and perfidist.

Truth One: All elected federal officials take a public oath to God to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Truth Two: Article IV Section 4 United States Constitution. “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form Of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion …

Truth Three: the Federal government is estimating twelve million to twenty million illegal colonists currently in America (these are not illegal immigrants since their non-assimilation values more closely resemble colonists than immigrants).

Federal government bureaucrats, appointees, and elected officials during 1980’s amnesty program estimated there would be three million to four million participants. The actual numbers were closer to nine million to twelve million.

If government estimates are wrong again, the total number of potential amnesty applicants could be thirty million to forty million. Amnesty by any other name is still amnesty.

Truth Four: there are no exemptions in Oath to “protect and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign”.

Nor does the Constitution itself allow any branch of federal government to vacate their obligations to defend from invasion by transferring their duties for final say on national security border fences’ location or construction structure to any of the following: Texas / Mexico Border Coalition, local property owners, state politicians, local politicians (bought by special interest groups), environmental defense groups, Hispanic racist organizations, or any other non-federal person or entity.

Four observations about elected ruling Republican leadership:

1. Perfidiously betrayed their oaths to God to uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution.

2. Perfidiously betrayed America by violating public oaths to protect and defend U.S. Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign.

3. Perfidiously betrayed the Grand Old Party by violating party’s platform.

4. Perfidiously betrayed independent voters by violating election campaign promises.

One Question: why should God, Americans, Grand Old Party members, or independent voters believe anything perfidiously elected Republican leadership says or ever says again?

I am reasonably sure some will call me a “Bush hater”.

They will be wrong, having spent decades in and around private sector intelligence, investigation, and security industries; I learned years ago that hate is a wasted emotion that affects performance capabilities.

Perhaps my critics should be aware of the concept of being an accessory to perfidism.

My career has definitely taught me the difference between dying, death, and dead. After watching and experiencing the dying and deaths of my parents, I was somewhat relieved by belief that maybe I had witnessed the worst life has to offer.

Guess I was wrong, watching what elected Republican leadership are trying to do with their not really amnesty immigration reform policies is causing me to reconsider that I have not seen life’s worst experiences.

If you my readers do not choose to use perfidy or variations of word, there is another definition you might find of interest: one who betrays another’s trust, traitor.

Article III section 3 of U.S. Constitution does not include statute of limitations or exemptions for sovereign immunity from treason.

Living employed, appointed, or elected government officials can always be held accountable for giving aid and comfort to America’s enemies.

Feel free to send this article to two friends, and ask each of them to send it to two of their friends.

As far I know, not for money freedom pyramid schemes are still protected by the First amendment. At least for now, perfidious Republicans and their perfidiac allies perfidiousness could join Democrat perfidies to do away with the Bill of Rights.
