It is not just you dear friend; 9/11/01, should be remembered in all its brutality and horror. You say it appears the media downplays it all; they do and especially now with the liberals in a campaign year, heaven forbid the public should remember the truth of what happened, who we are fighting and what kind of commitment is required. You fear you are ranting out of your angst and vivid memory of the events of this day. I say your rant is welcomed and should be a chant by all of us.

The twists, downplaying, and manipulation by media are enough to make a well person ill. It is no mystery the bias of the media id blatantly obvious and will do nothing to support right or might, if not in the hands of their liberal buddies.

Early Nevada time, on 9/11/01, my son, a disabled veteran from the Gulf War, phoned us and awakened us from PA that day 6 years ago, to tell us of the first plane hitting the towers. He thought it exceedingly odd. Then came plane number two. No longer odd, we were under some kind of diabolical attack.

Our twelve year old granddaughter, Baylie, then 6 and living with us, had already arisen, and had the TV on and was glued to what she saw; she hollered, "PaPa, Gramma, come look, come see, it's horrible, it's so horrible...." She was crying.. She was the first in the family to adopt the President's later words, "You are either with us or against us"....

We awakened to a new and very different world that morning. As sure as Pearl Harbor, a new World War was now declared and will not end until the perpetrators of this worldwide Jihad are all brought to justice...
