The method for recording and predicting global warming is temperature changes, right?
Considering the age of the earth, according to the majority of contemporary scientists, whose true knowledge and intellectual honesty are hardly credible, and considering that the thermometer, used to record temperature and changes in temperature, was only invented a few hundred years ago, where are the long-term records necessary to establish long-term temperature patterns?
Since it is known that our world has gone through several ice ages and in order to get out of an ice age, temperatures must warm, and since our world has come out of an ice age as recently as 10,000 years ago, it seams reasonable that we will, according to the established patterns, go through another ice age, eventually.
The tree-hugging global warming radicals are out for one thing-- control of some aspect of our lives, our economy or our country. The present-day scaremongers of global warming make no sense in view of the long term history of this earth alternating from glacial age to interglacial (warming), then back to another glacial period. How long has each ice age lasted and how long has each interglacial period lasted?
Think about it. Global warming only makes sense when you realize that the earth warms up between glacial periods. It's been like that for ages and ages. Who's to say that this warming spell will mean the end of the earth? That, ladies and gentlemen, is tree-hugging nonsense.
