Romney Out; What's Next?
February 10, 2008 11:00 AM EST

Romney is now out, what's next?

Romney spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference at 12:30 p.m. ET today in DC.

The Conservative GOP is now left without a conservative standardbearer in the 2008 race. John McCain and Mike Huckabee, the 2 most liberal of the GOP race, now remain to share the spoils of this year's political campaign. A massive exodus from the GOP is expected as serious talk of a new Constitutional Conservative Coalition Party is being discussed in ernest.

With Mitt Romney suspending his presidential bid, talk of a new Constitutional Conservative Coalition Party is in the wind.

The next several months should be interesting, indeed.
