Frivolous Lawsuits
We hear everyday, where one individual or a small group of individuals, usually with the backing of the ACLU, files a lawsuit against the state or federal government.
In San Diego, an atheist, sues to remove a cross that has been in place for years. It violates his view of separation of church and state because the cross is on state property. His view, 300,000 cars see the cross daily, it is representative of a religious belief, therefore, it must to be taken down.
Since when does a minority of one have the power to destroy the very foundation of this country? True, 300,000 cars probably do pass the cross each day. Being conservative, and not wanting our lone atheist to fell lonely, I would be safe in saying 999,500 of these cars are driven by Americans who believe in God, a God or a higher being, that there is an existence after death, and view the cross or other secular symbol as representation of those beliefs.
Why do we tolerate this abuse of our judicial system? How much money is wasted by these frivolous lawsuits? The court system is overwhelmed. Lawyers are making a fortune and we, the taxpayers, are supporting their high standard of living. The ACLU represents the worst of the worst. Their interest lies not in what is best for America, rather I am of the impression, their interest lies in the degradation of religious expression and democracy. I believe the ACLU should be banned from practicing law in America. Maybe I will ask the the American Center For Law And Justice to file a lawsuit on my behalf, to have all signs and symbols displaying ACLU removed from public view, because I believe The ACLU represents itself, and since I do not believe in their association, their signs and symbols are offensive to me and must be removed.
Ridiculous? Any sane American will say yes. What is the difference? Where does it end? When will the majority stand up and say enough stupidity is enough. I like Forest Gump when he said "Stupid is as stupid does". This from a fictional character. America, we need a return to reality. That reality, we are allowing our country to be taken from us and our beliefs to be eroded without a fight. We can do something. The time has come for all concerned American's to wake up and stop the madness. The time has come for us to stop being sheep, not to offend our atheist, and become Sheppard's tending and protecting our interests, instead of being led to the slaughter by a few wolves.
The ramblings of a madman, you decide!
