Intro: Even though the definition of excuse is to remove blame for being careless, excuses do not change results. Which of the following generations Washington, Jackson, Lincoln, T.R. Roosevelt, or Reagan would consider the following conduct honorable? The following examples are based on public record.

Part I Number One: Rio Hondo Independent School District, Texas suspended classes on fifth of May to allow students a 'day off' to honor Mexican war heroes. The same public school district did not suspend classes for students on Memorial Day to honor Americans who died in service of their country, why you decide for yourself. Perhaps United States federal tax dollars to the school district should be suspended to allow the school district to apply for tax dollars from Mexico. Remember excuses do not change past behavior.

Part I Number Two: Rio Grande Valley border business and community leaders for the most part (not all do but most do) oppose construction of national security border fence because an estimated twenty percent of Valley's economy is based on collateral retail profits from criminal activities like drug and weapons smuggling, smuggling illegal immigrants, illegal wages, laundering illegal wages, foreign investments earned by criminal activities in America rerouted from America into Mexico then back in America, and corruption in Mexico. People can start by investigating Brownsville, Texas. Initial solution might include granting no federal dollars to offending community except for funds used in law enforcement.

Part One Number Three: The Cameron County government has taken one of many positions jeopardizing national security the latest is opposing federal law enforcement of illegal immigration before hurricane evacuation. This action is tantamount to indirectly inviting every smuggler and terrorist to illegally enter the United States during any hurricane evacuation. There are thousands of substandard constructed rural homes and buildings in Cameron County not capable of with standing eighty to one hundred mile hour winds due to County's inadequate enforcement of building codes. Statistically Cameron County is due a category four or five hurricane. When the natural event occurs, this part of Texas make what Katrina looked like one of life's minor inconveniences. The irony is that the first people in line with their hands out for federal tax dollars for reconstruction projects, will be the same people supporting a porous southern border which let terrorists murder Americans in another part of America. Perhaps Federal dollars should only go to non-Valley construction companies, and only for owners proving buildings met all building codes. Let those who feel left out deal with the local politicians who brought this plague on their houses.

Part One Number Four: Four of many possible examples of conduct by State of Texas resulting from Governor Perry's lack of leadership. First and second, Perry's tolerating Rio Grande Valley's two best known universities opposing national security by interfering with construction of border fence. State employees have the right to express private feelings as private citizens, notpersonal feelingsrepresenting tax payer funded institutions. Three Texas Child Protective Services agency affects of long term foster care for children in Texas custody. Start with TCV article 'News Tip: Texas Foster Care Scandal?' to justify starting major investigation. Fourth example is Texas use of 'secret courts' to abuse imminent domain to financially benefit foreign corporations with a project which will indirectly facilitate transporting terrorists to America's Heartland. Catalyst for project is Texas Department of Public Transportation. Project is also known as Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor and runs from Laredo into middle of America. Again, do not take my word for above abuses, do your own research. Ugly truth is that two of Governor Perry's favorite agencies are TCPS and TDPT. Perhaps but not likely, someday Texans will grow tired of being abused, and will seek financial redress from Governor Perry and his cohorts. The principle, Nierenberg trials established that sovereign immunity does not include crimes against humanity. Perhaps officials need to be reminded that they can even with best excuses lose their jobs, careers, personal property, and freedom by engaging in political crimes against their own people.

Part One Number Five: Federal Politicians and federal civil servants need to be included in this excuses no longer count writing exercise. Interior Department employees like state employees have the right to exercise private opinions as private citizens but not turn their private opinions into non-legislated government policy. Interior Department employees have been engaging in public activities at expense of America's national security by trying to delay border fence. Another group of out of control politicians and government employees are those violating their oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America's Constitution. If my memory is correct, Article IV Section 4 'guarantees' federal government will protect states from invasions. It seems over thirty million illegal immigrants in America certainly qualifies as an invasion. Employee actions preventing federal government from completing this obligation to states should result in immediate and permanent loss of federal employment. Another group subject to accountability includes moderate and internationalist Republicans who have ignored role of social upheavals every thirty to forty years in Mexico's history. How, by tolerating illegal immigration and promoting amnesty of illegal immigrants from Mexico to serve as a 'relief valve' to protect American investments in Mexico and Mexico's corrupt and often brutal aristocracy. Inevitable conclusion of some Republicans interfering in Mexico's history will be one of the most violent bloody civil wars in Western Hemisphere history. As for Democrats their goal of supporting amnesty for illegal immigrants is more voters to implement Democrat Party's Marxist socialist dreams of constitution in name only rooted in their new fascist ideology known as 'Greenism'.

Part Two - Greenism: Let me introduce you to 'Greenism' which history will describe as early twenty first century American ideology which was comprised of the worst components of Stalinism, Nazism, Maoism, and Islamic Fascism. The ideology was centered in the belief that science was God. Greenism initially used 'political correctness' to humiliate distracters in to converting to the ideology. Membership groups were divided by gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnic background, and beliefs that all losers were entitled to special privileges. Greenism adopted both Marxism and fascism for its economic model. The goal was Marx's all property and means of production would be owned by the state. The way to the goal was fascism's all property and means of production are owned by private citizens but are so regulated by the state that America's internationalist driven economy was capitalism or free enterprise in name only. The political elite included intellectuals believing science was God, court jesters known as Hollywood liberals, and a small portion of populations wealthiest who generally made their fortunes from government contracts or as political pimps awarding government contracts. The only middle class was government employees. The private sector middle class was diluted by wage competition from illegal immigrants, with the majority of the population kept in control with addiction to public sector subsidies.

Part Three Life's Lessons: Experience learned lessons have taught me that trying to reason or negotiate with people too blanked up to know they are blanked up is a waste of time. This Part will be short as my own writing has depressed me too much to continue this writing exercise. Only a temporary attitude I assure you.
