GW has been bery, bery good to me
As a solid core Republican, I like what George Bush has done for this country. History will be very kind to George Bush. Whenever I look at my Air Force Reserve retirement flag, I will know that it was flown over the Bush Whitehouse. Whenever I look at my retirement certificate, I will see GW's signature on it. I will reflect fondly that I served to with GW to rid Iraq of a killing dictator that gassed children. Whenever I look at my real estate portfolio, I will think of handsome GW and good old Greenspan. When I am having a Pizza in New York City, a schnitzel in Munich, a steak in Argentina, or a Gyro on the Mediterranean, I will think of GW.

One of George Bush's early 'State of the Union' addresses's stated in no certain terms that parts of the economy would grow at a rate of 4 percent per year. I took this statement literally and based my investment behavior accordingly. When GW and Greenspan lowered interest rates in 2002, we took the opportunity to refinance our entire real estate portfolio. We did not take any equity out. We refinanced the 30 year 9.5 percent loans to 15 year 5 or 6 percent loans. We structured our loans on a Bi-pay system and paid on them every 2 weeks. Our payments stayed the same across the portfolio, but instead of paying enormous amounts of interest for another 20 years, we would have the entire portfolio paid off by 2010. We are preparing ourselves for the collapse of Social Security and Medicare.Dont be alarmed, afterexperimenting with Barack Hussein Obama Marxism wewill just go back to pre FDR times, and the extended American family and just start over.
We base our venture capitalism and payment strategies on solid presidents like George Bush or John McCain.
John McCain's nuclear program will usher in a new era of growth and prosperity, as well as, energy independence.
To our surprise, the 4 percent George Bush had referred to, turned out to be double or triple this figure. Our Real estate portfolio principal reduction on the Bi-pay 15 year loan structure has been extremely beneficial. If we then consider real estate appreciation over the GW administration, our real estate equity sky rockets. Not only were we getting 10 to 15 percent appreciation gains per year on our rental properties, we were reducing our loan balances by extreme amounts when compared to a 30 year 9 percent loan. Even if our real estate portfolio in the Seattle area reduces in value by an anticipated 10 percent, we are way ahead. But given that Seattle is a Super center for employment ,people will be moving here in droves, and market pricing will increase.
If Barack Hussein Obama is elected interest rates will go to 10 percent, and capital gains will increase to 28 percent. His economic policies will kill the housing industry and put housing out of reach for our younger workers. Housing prices will plummet, but he will still insist on his 30 percent cut to fund his Marxist agenda. The average American that he feels he represents will be hit the hardest.
John McClain's nuclear program will spread the wealth to hard hit rural America.
Chinese businessmen are already coming down from Vancouver, BC to buy up Seattle. Chinese businessmen who have made their fortunes off of the backs of China (25 cent an hour) labor are taking complete advantage of globalization and moving their families to Seattle. Chinese businessmen who have crapped in their own earthly nest are buying up west coast America. Chinese business men are buying American properties so their children can breathe clean air and drink clean water!In addition, they have contempt for the average American home owner and make insulting real estate purchase offers.
Will Barack Hussein Obama also rent the Lincoln bedroom to Chinese businessmen like Billy Boy? I wonder if Michelle Obama will steal antique Whitehouse furniture like Hillary?
He has already stated that Americans must compete with unbalanced globalization then condemns NAFTA! I am confused. What is his position on world trade again for crying out load? Is he sure he wants socialized energy and socialized medicine?
GWs monetary policy for responsible and hardworking citizens has created enormous wealth. Average citizens with average means have become millionaires. In fact anyone in America including 'people of color' who took advantage of George Bush interest rates over the past 8 years have benefited. It is not George Bush's fault that immediate gratification Clintonesque softies ARMED out and lived beyond their means! It is not GWs fault. Fault lies with the Banking industry that softened credit requirements and offered irresponsible loan options to unfit buyers. Fault lies with ignorant people who failed to consider business cycles and lived beyond their means. It is the fault of demographic trends, industrial disease and a stringent LEGAL immigration policy! Democratic Socialism will not be GW's fault either! Isnt this a good artcile?
I am very concerned that if the democrats gain the Whitehouse they will seek to harvest the equity of millions of Americans to pay for unnecessary social programs. Barackrocrat Hussein Obama is already eyeing our hard earned equity. He wants our (Black or White) decades worth of hard work, discipline, and vision under GW to fund Democratic Socialism. He will seek to extend the Great Socialist Society off the backs of the responsible, and weaken America beyond repair. He will seek to transfer the wealth of decades of individual strife and work to another section of society. This is Marxism!
Barack Hussein Obama's history, is a history of black activism in down trodden black communities. His grassroots campaign and activism has done many good things for black society.He empowered people to vote and have a say in Americana.His inexperience and Marxist views will do great harm to America at large. Barack Hussein Obama used this same grassroots organization and community activism to sign up a 150,000 minority voters in the Chicago area. He then harvested this community activism for personal gain and acquired the senate. He and his wife are using this same methodology on a national scale for their own personal gain. Their entire platform is based on their brand of commiserative; let them eat cake, blame whitey, defeatist activism. meanwhile our younger voters could care less what will happen to their futures!
They want to guilt America into voting an inexperienced black man into the Whitehouse.
I was taught at a young age to respect all people of color. My father was in the Air Force. He would not tolerate racism in our family. He never ever spoke a harsh word about other minorities. He applauded and encouraged NCOs and Airmanwhen they lead by example and raised good law abiding and positive families. It was their content of character and works that allowed them respect from contemporaries and the greater community. I admire Colin Powell. He has overcome any and all racial boundaries with elegance, discipline and hard work. He never commiserated and competed with his white associates on an equal footing day in and day out. No commiseration and no blaming white America for individual failings. Just talk to any black military retiree and try to commiserate on black oppression for only a moment, and see what happens. Just thought I would throw that in there.
I cannot believe in a defeatist commiserative black man like Barack Hussein OBama who does not have the experience, intelligence, and adequate knowledge base to run this country. I will not sell out America and give into Democratic Socialism. I will not participate in condemning our future generations to tax and spend socialism. . I will not hand over decades of hard work, discipline, and vision (I can provide for my own retirement) to a candidate that wants to spend our retirement on unnecessary Social programs. I will not be suckered into bastardized Democratic Socialism. I will however, give John McCain the keys to the Whitehouse. It is not a racial issue either. He has more experience, consensus building skills,andcommon sense than Barack Hussein Obama.I do not feel guilty for understanding thisfact!
