Saudi Arabia Al-Qaeda Leader Killed

In a violent battle Sunday, the leader of Al-Qaeda in Saudi Arabia Younis Mohammed Ibrahim al-Hayari was killed. Saudi Arabian Interior Ministry official Brig. Mansour al-Turki said that the battle ensued in the wealthy Rawdah area of Riyadh. An unidentified second Interior Ministry source further said that Moroccan al-Hayari Was nominated by his peers, following the death of those preceding him, to be the head of sedition and corruption in the land."
Heading up Osama bin-Ladens terror network in Saudi Arabia, al-Hayari is said to have been responsible for other attacks on Saudi Arabia, dating back to 2003, and was at the top of a list of 36 most-wanted Saudi Arabian terrorists.
